Schizandra & Banana Muffins

If you are not one for herbal teas, or maybe you just love to bake!
Get yourself some Schizandra and get bakin' babe!
I love to bake for my family, it brings me such joy and makes me feel like I am tending to the softer parts of my giving heart. Start adding powdered herbs to support your health and wellbeing, into many different foods you would regularly eat. The more we tune into easy ways to look after ourselves, the more we tend to do it. Now I am not one for a long story prelude to my cooking endeavours so here it is.

Female Balance Muffins
*switch animal products for plant-based alternatives to make vegan
Ingredients-
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (gf is best)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Schizandra powder (Superfeast is best - link in comments)
½ teaspoon salt
3 very ripe bananas
½ cup coconut sugar or other sweet alternative
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease muffin tin.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Schizandra together in a small bowl.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in melted butter, coco sugar, egg. Blend in flour mixture slowly, mix well (gently).
Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
